In the module installation, TYPE 1 is for those with older Kitkat firmware (recommended for non-N9005 modesls) and Type 2 is for those with newer Kitkat firmware like N9005 with NF4, GNG1, NG2 firmware but may also work on other models that received Kitkat updates lately.

Note: When in UPSM or Emergency Mode, double tap on status bar will show dialog to disable UPSM or Emergency Mode. This is useful for users who desire to test the module and feel Emergency Launcher crash so they can get out of UPSM/EmergencyMode state without needing to mill reset.

Note: When in UPSM or Emergency Manner, you may want to run an app that has been disabled or is not included in the allowed list. You tin re-enable the disabled app and run it by going to Settings>Apps Director and go the application details of the app and Tap on the app icon.

- added a workaround for login accounts being deleted
- added DoubleTap on statusbar to disable UPSM or Emergency Mode (in cases where Emergency Launcher crashes)
- ability to launch disabled apps in Settings>Apps Manager in cases where you want to run a item app without disabling UPSM/EmergencyMode. Just tap app icon to re-enable app and run it.

* limitation: Due to absence of necessary lawmaking to compute Ultra Power Saving Mode standby time in the Note 3 framework, the Modernistic does non show how much standby time the phone will take in UPSM mode or Emergency Way. PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER:

REQUIREMENTS:

Rooted Note iii N9005 with XXUFNF4 Rom (this is the only firmware I tested information technology on and then I don't know if it will piece of work on other devices/roms. I won't recommend using it on other devices/roms simply I tin can't stop you lot)

Working Xposed Framework and noesis using information technology.

Very Important: Make a fill-in of your data and ROM.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Make certain yous have the requirements including making backups.
two. Download app below and Install.
3. Run app, grant supersu permissions and let it do some setting upward and reboot if instructed.
4. Actuate in Xposed Installer and reboot again.
5. At present if it'southward set up, running the app would bring upwards a popup card where you lot can activate UPSM and other options.
6. Enjoy.

Xposed S5 Power Saving Fashion - this is an xposed module that triggers S5 Ability Saving Mode on the Note 3 (possibly uniform with some other Galaxy devices with amoled screens on TouchWiz four.four.two, I'yard not sure). This is not Ultra Ability Saving Mode but HOPE that can exist replicated in future releases if at that place is enough involvement or encouragement. UPSM takes a fleck more organization level tinkering then I am not certain it would be easy to port.

Anyway, hope it maybe of apply to some of you lot and just give a shout out if you would like to continue evolution.

Xposed S5 Ability Saving Mode - this is an xposed module that triggers S5 Power Saving Mode on the Note 3 (perchance compatible with some other Galaxy devices with amoled screens on TouchWiz 4.iv.2, I'thou non sure). This is not Ultra Ability Saving Fashion but Promise that can exist replicated in future releases if there is enough interest or encouragement. UPSM takes a bit more than organization level tinkering then I am not sure information technology would be easy to port.

Anyway, promise information technology maybe of utilise to some of you and merely give a shout out if you would similar to go on development.

@hong25 That is upsm manager..are u feeling ok....drunk ??...that app simply works on s5 or s5 port..it just enables u to add together more than apps to the launcher..how does information technology assist u salvage more battery..

Having random hangups so reboots afterwards installing this, anyone else ?

(Occurring mostly upon scrolling/moving among launcher screens).

very nice app. just to permit everyone know, this will save some power although non as much as the s5 upsm , but when you have gray calibration , the lcd uses less ability so in turn accept less power from the battery.
